Owen O'Connor, co-founder and President
As co-founder of DatumCloud, Owen O'Connor combines 20 years of specific technology experience within the Enterprise Information Management market. At the core of Owen’s experience is a proven track record of delivering results through the planning, implementation, and support of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for clients.
In addition to helping guide DatumCloud’s strategy and growth initiatives, Owen works closely with DatumCloud’s business development and professional services teams in architecting and supporting the DatumCloud Partner program, as well as aligning customer goals with the DatumCloud service delivery team. Owen has a passion for blueprinting process optimization models, building highly compelling ROI-driven use cases, and assisting clients with critical change management initiatives.
DatumCloud will leverage Owen’s experience in ECM and ERP integration to help shape the direction of DatumCloud's product initiative to create value-added integration and data processing platforms, DatumSync and DatumPipes.

Roger Kitzmiller, Director of Product Management
Roger Kitzmiller has over 20 years' experience envisioning, developing and managing a wide variety of software products for multinational companies. Roger started his career managing internal software products that drove efficiencies into the operational processes of manufacturing companies. Subsequently, Roger moved on to managing client-facing software used by financial and insurance companies. These products improved their document generation and distribution processes and enabled clients to stay compliant with corporate standards as well as regulatory requirements in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
Roger's interests are in business process automation, document generation and information management. Roger's background gives him a unique perspective on how to integrate the various components of DatumCloud's Core Platform to provide tailored solutions for customers.
Roger grew up in Germany and moved to the United States to pursue academic goals. He received an MBA from the University of Illinois and has worked internationally ever since. Roger lives in Marvin, NC, USA, with his wife and two daughters.
Robert Richards, Software Development and Future Products
Robert Richards is a member of the DatumCloud Board of Directors and has 15 years of IT management, software architecture, and development experience across a myriad of industries including telecommunications, security, defense, accounting, and manufacturing.
Robert brings a wealth of ERP, CRM, and ECM software integration experience. He has designed and developed custom software modules that seamlessly integrate with M-Files and NetSuite. He has also developed software that integrates with QuickBooks Enterprise, Sage 100, NetSuite, GravityForms, SysPro, and our flagship product DatumSync.
Robert is currently doing research and development using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies for future integration into our product offerings.
Kirby Warms, Director of Business Management
Kirby Warms is a member of the DatumCloud Board of Directors and brings a wide variety of experience to DatumCloud, supporting in the areas of marketing, customer service, accounting, and legal.
Kirby is a lieutenant colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he has served over 11 years on active duty, including various roles in operational deployments overseas. He has over 10 years' experience as the owner / operator of a small business.
Kirby has a J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
